Returns and Refunds

At chunlorecrphral, we want you to be completely satisfied with your container mini-garden purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain guarantees when you purchase goods from us. These guarantees include that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

Consumer Guarantees

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to:

  • A refund or replacement of the product
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

For minor failures, we may offer to repair the product or provide a replacement. If the repair or replacement is not possible or would cause you significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized container garden systems
  • Perishable goods such as plants or seeds that have been opened
  • Items that have been used or installed
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions, unless otherwise stated

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at response@chunlorecrphral.world or +61 3 9314 5589 to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Ship the item to the address provided, using the return authorization number

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us to arrange an exchange.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
